Unlike other newspapers, Yeni Bakis has taken a political stance of neutrality that formed a unique foundation in all impartial news reportings and affiliation to any political party. In December 2016, during the 2nd Anniversary celebration of the Yeni Bakis, the glamorous event was attended by governmental dignitaries, public officials as well as members of NGOs and the business community. At the ceremony, there were TRNC Minister of Health Faiz Sucuoğlu, Minister of Tourism Fikri Ataoğlu, Minister of Public Works and Transport Kemal Doğru, TDP Chairman Cemal Özyiğit, BKP Chairman İzzet İzcan, and some few deputies. NTB President Mehmet Harmancı was also there plus the representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations.  

As Editor-in-Chief of the Turkish and English-language daily newspapers, Yusuf Kisa welcomed the government officials and people who attended the event at GIFA building headquarters in Hamitkoy, Lefkosa on 24 December 2016. At the same time, Yusuf Kısa also thanked Yeni Bakis's senior executives and employees: ''Yeni Bakis has completed its second year without compromising its principles, therefore the newspaper will continue on its way in line with the same principles and aspirations'', said Yusuf Kisa.  After the welcoming speeches, the newspaper's Editor-in-Chief Kisa cut the 2nd birthday cake and pop some champagnes together with the employees.

In 2017, Kisa oversaw a year-long transformation of the Yeni Bakis from an informal newsagent into a well-established media giant. Kisa who has more than 25 years of experience in international media organizations, started his business career in the United Kingdom and worked in Poland, French, Turkey, Russia, and Cyprus. Kisa is an innovator and investor at the same time with multiple investments in the United States. He has worked at the most senior level in the financial consultancy and he is an award-winning businessman.
