Development and Features of the Tor-M2KM Air Defense System / Almaz-Antey.
The Tor-M2KM (NATO reporting name: SA-15 Gauntlet) is a Russian-made mobile surface-to-air missile (SAM) system. The Tor-M2KM system is manufactured by Almaz-Antey, a Russian company that specializes in the development and production of air defense systems. 

The Tor-M2KM is designed to provide defense against a wide range of targets, including aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It is an upgraded version of the Tor-M2 system, featuring improved radar and missile capabilities, as well as a modified chassis that can carry up to two 9M338K missiles.

Design

The system is mounted on an 8x8 wheeled chassis, making it highly mobile and adaptable to a variety of terrain. The missile launcher can carry up to two 9M338K missiles, which are guided by a combination of inertial guidance and semi-active radar homing. The missile's guidance system allows for highly accurate targeting of fast-moving and evasive targets.

The Tor-M2KM system also features a 3D passive phased array radar, which can detect and track targets at ranges of up to 32 km and altitudes of up to 10 km. The system also has an electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensor for target tracking and identification. It is currently in service with the Russian Armed Forces, as well as several other countries around the world.

Operation

The Tor-M2KM system can operate in all weather conditions and has a high degree of automation, requiring only a three-person crew to operate. The system can engage multiple targets simultaneously and can operate autonomously or under remote control.
