Who is Nambili Samuel
Nambili Nakandjato Samuel was born in Oshikago, a small town in the northern part of Namibia, he grew up in a culturally strict family that had primordial ties with the Ongandjera royalty family, the descended heritage which instilled in him unique caricatures, well-grounded manners, and nobility. His special upbringing provided him with a foundation that would prove instrumental in his journey to success both in his educational pursuits and in broader life experiences.
Nambili Samuel started elementary school at the Jamaican Kindergarten in Katutura, Windhoek. As the dawn of Namibian independence illuminated the horizon in 1990, he was a young 9-year-old boy schooling at Omalaala CS and later continued his education at Oshikondiilongo in 1993. He completed his matriculation at Oluno [Adimba Toivo S.S.S] in 2002. This period marked the transition into adulthood. The good grades he received during these years laid the strong foundation for his future educational achievements.
Military
His path then took an interesting turn as he joined the Namibian Defense Force in 2002, becoming a professional soldier serving the NDF for almost 18 years. His military journey commenced with basic training at Osona Military Base, Okahandja, where he was selected for the medical field due to his exceptional performance at school and his meritorious educational background. After 9 months of military training, Nambili deployed as a medical staff member at the Army Battle School in Oshivelo (ABS). From 2003 - 2011 serving in the military, he demonstrated his medical expertise for almost a decade working as a medical orderly officer for the Army Battle School.
Education
Driven by his desire for further studies and to expand his knowledge, especially in digital literacy, Nambili pursued a computer programming course at the Institute of Information and Technology (IIT) as early as 2011. This decision showcased his dedication to embracing technological advancements and further developing his IT skills in an ever-evolving digital era. Furthermore, Nambili is a certified data scientist who completed a digital marketing course at Istanbul University.

With a strong academic background, Nambili completed his studies in Big Data at Istanbul University. In 2014, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering at Cyprus International University (CIU) and in 2017 was transferred to Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine, where he obtained a Master of Medicine (MMED) in 2021, specializing in public healthcare. Throughout his university years, Nambili initiated several projects, including the National DNA Database, and published numerous medical research papers in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals.
